Jen Fries Arts Studio Credit is just what it says on the label – credit towards a future purchase of my creative works.
It’s just like the store credits we all have for our favorite coffee shops, pizzerias, booksellers, garden centers, etc. This one is for my original art and writing.
Why Studio Credit
I am committed to keeping my work affordable and accessible for everyone. Studio Credit allows you to save up for something you really love at your own pace, within your own budget.
How Studio Credit works
Just make a Patron donation in any amount to Jen Fries Arts.
Whether you make single or occasional donations as a Donor Patron or sign up for regular monthly donations as a Supporting Patron, all are automatically recorded as your Studio Credit.
See how to become a Patron here, for details on joining, payment options, and other benefits.
Your credit will never expire (at least not until I do, I guess), even if you discontinue donations. You can let it sit or add value to it as long as you like until you’re ready to make your choice. You can opt to use all or part of it at any time.
The email address associated with your payments will be your Studio Credit account ID. You’ll receive occasional reminders of your existing credit, in spring for art fair season and fall for the holiday gift season.
You can use your Studio Credit on my website, via email, and at any of my in-person events.
What you can buy with your Studio Credit
Studio Credit can be applied to any of my work bought direct from my studio, including:
- Original art
- Prints
- Original writing
- Zines and books
- Digital downloads
- Classes, workshops, and coaching
- Subscription-based projects
- Commissions and bespoke works
Limitations on Studio Credit
Studio Credit is non-refundable. This is because your donations are put to work immediately to keep Jen Fries Arts up and running.
Studio Credit cannot be applied to any of my works bought through a third-party seller or platform. It can only be used to buy direct from Jen Fries Arts. So, if you buy my artwork through a gallery or online marketplace, or my writing through a bookseller, you cannot use your Studio Credit for that. This is because other sellers have their own systems.
Studio Credit cannot be transferred. You cannot transfer the value of your existing Studio Credit account to another person or authorize another person to use your credit. This is for everyone’s security.
If you enjoy my work, consider becoming a Patron to start building Studio Credit today – because you deserve nice things.
